Reluctantly we left Camp Two Towel at Yellowstone National Park setting the GPS for The Grand Tetons! As we were leaving, we got to see a baby elk with mamma walking along a small river.
We managed to see quite a bit of the Tetons from the road with an occassional scenic stop here and there. Jenny Lake was absolutely beautiful. If you haven't noticed I LOVE the river rocks
!
After driving south only 70 miles we stopped in Jackson Hole, WY for a bite to eat at the Merry Piglet--great mexican food and Margaritas!
Dennis noticed a "Vacancy" sign across the street and was overcome with the desire to sleep in a bed that was more than 4 inches off the ground.
We checked into the Anvil Inn and enjoyed a nice hot shower and a great time on the town.
